Celebrating Our Anniversary Finally

Scott and I finally got to go out and celebrate our anniversary last night. We had plans last Sunday but then Macey got sick so we had to reschedule. We went to a fondue restaurant and it was an amazing experience. Note to ourselves....need to fast for two days before you go there. We ate so much I thought they were going to have to roll us out of there when we got done. hee hee. The restaurant had an amazing atmosphere. It was decorated to look like you were eating on the sidewalk of an old European town. We made reservations for they call the "Lovers Lane" room which was upstairs by itself looking over the bottom floor of the restaurant. We had our table, sofa and a fireplace....it was very cozy. It was nice to go out and eat and not have to listen to someones conversation next to you. The food was spectacular. They had some cute traditions that went along with your food such as...if you drop a piece of food in your fondue then you have to kiss your significant other. And if your there on your anniversary, you can write each other a little note and they will place it in a wine bottle and when you come back the following year they will give you the wine bottle with your notes and you can read them then. How sweet is that. And all the extras were of no charge...not even the special room. Here are just a few out of the many I took there.
