Defeated

Today we had game day number three. I'm not sure where Makaylee was during her game but she definitely wasn't focused on the game. She had no desire to get the ball. She basically was just running through the motions following her teammates. The one time she actually gained control of the ball she headed toward the opposing teams goal. They lost 3-2.

Madison's team took their first lost today. She was really bummed about it too. The opposing team had good defense in return made our team pump up their defense as well. A couple of our girls got hurt during this game due to the other team being so aggressive. We lost 1-0 but the lose would have been more substantial if our team had not kicked up their defense. Madison was awarded defense player this time. She was upset she didn't get offense player again but Scott and I tried to explain to her that defense is just as important as offense. My baby just likes racking up those points. {inserting a big mom grin}. I really enjoyed watching this game because it was so nail biting and intense.
