Old Friends and New Friends

Yesterday us girls headed down to spend the day with Carrie and Hadley while Scott and Wayne played golf. We started the day off with lunch at a restaurant that actually had went out of business several years ago but has just recently re-opened. The food was just a yummy as it was eight years ago. We then headed off to a local petting zoo but unfortunately it wasn't a big hit with the kids because the moms wouldn't let them run loose in the tons of mud everywhere. Macey loved the animals too bad I couldn't let her walk. She kept leaning her head over trying to kiss them. So we headed back to Carrie's house and let them play outside there. Later that afternoon we visited our home church who was having a fish fry. Thank for a great day Carrie, it has been so nice to be able to hang out again.

I love that Hadley and Makaylee have become friends. They are truly two peas in a pod! When Makaylee woke this morning the first thing that came out of her mouth was, "I want to go to Hadley's house pleeeeaasee.
